In 1985 I was the Engineering Project Manager for the inaugural Australian Formula One GP in Adelaide. I led the team responsible for the planning, design, manufacture, installation and operation of all the facilities for the event, which was recognized as the best in the world that year. The circuit remains one of the premier street tracks and is still in use for the V8 Supercars largest event, rivaling the F1 race in Melbourne.

My company was responsible for the procurement of a round of the FIM World Championship and the redesign and reconstruction of the Phillip Island Circuit. Our promotion of the inaugural Australian Moto GP in 1989 was recognized as the Best Organized Sporting Event in Australia, and the track remains a world benchmark for motorcycle circuits. The track also stages a 500km V8 Supercar Endurance race.

I subsequently designed and built the Eastern Creek circuit in Sydney in just twelve months, and the track has hosted rounds of the Moto GP and the A1 GP series.

In the US I have been involved in a variety of projects, including the promotion of the 1993 US Moto GP at Laguna Seca, and the reconstruction of the Road Atlanta track in 1998, during which I was also the Track Executive Director and Operations Director for the inaugural Petit Le Mans.

In 2004 I was an integral part of the team that redesigned and rebuilt the infield of the Daytona International Speedway, including the alterations to the infield road course for the Daytona 200 Motorcycle Week events.

My design for the 4.5 mile track in Georgia is my best ever, and I am trying to put together a plan to see it finished as part of an overall development of this amazing 3000 acre property.

I completed a unique design for a road course in a worked out limestone quarry in San Antonio, Texas, which is currently being developed as a 3D model. This project will hopefully proceed in the near future. I have developed a concept plan for the revamped Circuit Grand Bayou in Louisiana and look forward to that proceeding with final layouts. I am in discussions with a group in Mumbai, India, and working to establish a multi-faceted consulting group, Motorsport Services International, to provide a complete service to owners and operators. A link will be provided shortly to the MSI website, through which I will be providing my services in future.

I am also working to establish a chain of country club style tracks across the US, Race Resorts of America, RRA. RRA is looking to develop at least two new tracks, including Georgia and Arizona, and collaborating with other new and existing tracks to establish country club facilities.

I continue to undertake track inspections for the SCCA, and for Insurers, for whom I also provide expert witness testimony and opinion.
